Sensex targets for 2021 swell to 51,500; but some brokers reticent In the ETMarkets New Year Survey, brokerages set very ambitious yearend targets for Sensex, with some going as high as 51,500. For Nifty, the highest target was 15,100. That's when they sounded worried about rising stock valuations. Airtel projected to be biggest Nifty winner in 2021, Bajaj Finance top laggard The ETMarkets survey showed near consensus among analysts that the winner of 2021 could be Bharti Airtel. Bajaj Finance is the stock many of them are projecting as likely underperformer of the New Year.
